Every type of pizza comes with cheese*, it’s a pre-requisite. If you order sausage, you’re really asking for a sausage and cheese pizza. Pepperoni? That’s actually pepperoni and cheese. Do people order a hamburger and specify meat?

So when someone asks for a cheese pizza, tell them they’re being redundant, and ask what they want on it.

* Yes, I know there’s high-end bistro-ish exceptions. Only talking about the commercial, covers-95%-of-americans pizza here.
